Prices shown on the website are base or starting prices. Holiday dates, duration, additional pets, care requirements, travel and agreed home-care extras may change the final quote.
Accurate care information
Please provide accurate information about pets, behaviour, routines, health, medication and household arrangements before care begins.
Home-care tasks
Cleaning, shopping, parcel handling, plant care, aquarium care and other household jobs are included only when they have been specifically agreed as part of the service.
Service suitability
A proposed booking may be declined where the animal, care requirements, travel, property arrangements or requested tasks are not a suitable or safe fit.
