If I am already looking after your pets or staying in the property, it can make sense to handle a few practical jobs at the same time. The aim is not to turn the service into building maintenance; it is to keep everyday household tasks from piling up while you are away.
Cleaning and return-home preparation
Light cleaning, tidying, pet-area cleaning, fresh bedding or towels can be agreed before the booking. If you want a more substantial clean, describe what you expect and I can confirm whether it is practical and quote accordingly.
Grocery and essentials pickup
A grocery or essentials run can be arranged before you return so the basics are waiting when you get home. The shopping list, budget and reimbursement method must be agreed in advance.
Plants, post, parcels and bins
Plant watering, bringing in post, accepting agreed deliveries, moving bins and other simple household jobs can be included where they fit the booking.
Basic home checks
While present at the property I can keep an eye out for obvious issues such as a leak, unusual smell, power loss or other visible problem and contact you if something needs attention. This is not a substitute for a qualified tradesperson or security service.

Can you do a full professional deep clean?
The core service is light cleaning and return-home preparation. More involved cleaning can be discussed and quoted separately.

Yes, where the shopping list, spending limit and reimbursement method are agreed before the run.
Can you let a contractor into my house?
Access for an agreed contractor may be possible as part of a house-sitting arrangement, provided the details are confirmed in advance.
